- Dhaka City Delivery: Standard delivery within 2-3 business days. Charge: ৳80.
- Outside Dhaka Delivery: Standard courier delivery within 3-5 business days. Charge: ৳150.

Pre-Sale Reservations FAQ
No. Each pre-sale item has a configurable deposit amount (usually 20-30%). You only pay the deposit during checkout to lock your reservation. The remaining balance is due when the stock arrives at our atelier.
The estimated arrival date at our studio is listed on each product detail page. Once received, customer dispatch takes 1-2 business days. Exact dispatch windows are updated in your customer profile.
Yes, reservations can be cancelled for a refund of deposit up to 7 days before the estimated arrival date. Once custom sourcing has cleared customs, the deposit is committed to shipping costs.
